WAIKIKI BEACH ADVENTURE ITINERARY – (Subject to Change)

DAY 1 – Thursday, Feb. 6, 2025 – Welcome to Oahu!

• Shuttle to Sea-Tac Airport to board your flight to the beautiful island of Oahu.
• On arrival in Honolulu, transportation provided  to the hotel.
• Unpack, relax and settle in!

DAY 2 – Friday, Feb. 7, 2025 – Optional Star of Honolulu Dinner Cruise – 3 Star Cruise is $171 + tax pp; 5 Star Cruises is $209 + tax pp

• Enjoy your day relaxing at the beach, lounging by the resort pool, dining at local restaurants, shopping nearby.
• Or, add the optional Star of Honolulu Dinner Cruise to your itinerary –
  • Those who participate will be picked up from the Grand Islander Bus Terminal at 4:30pm. Your tour host will assist you in getting to the bus terminal.
  • You’ll board the Star of Honolulu at the Aloha Towers Marketplace. The boat will carry you beyond Diamond Head and back again.
  • This fun-filled journey along the gorgeous Waikiki coastline will be filled with great food, wonderful entertainment, and the best sunset cruise views in Hawaii.
  • Because you will be participating in this activity on a Friday, you will get to experience the Waikiki Fireworks from the boat. You will return to the hotel at approximately 8:30 pm.

DAY 3 – Saturday, Feb. 8, 2025 – Optional Pearl Harbor Tour – $145 pp

• Enjoy your day relaxing at the beach, lounging by the resort pool, dining at local restaurants, shopping nearby.
• Or, add the optional tour of Pearl Harbor to your itinerary –
  • A must see destination on Oahu is the hallowed grounds of Pearl Harbor. The Japanese surprise attack in December 1941 profoundly changed the United States and the world.
  • Explore the expansive visitor center that pays tribute to that infamous day, which drew the United States into World War II, look back into a bygone era of 1940’s Hawaii and a country at war as well as pay your respects to the lives lost on the USS Arizona.
  • Pick up time will be provided the day before the tour.
  • You’ll return to the hotel at approximately 1:00 pm.

DAY 4 – Sunday, Feb. 9, 2025 – Free Day

• Enjoy your day relaxing at the beach, lounging by the resort pool, dining at local restaurants, shopping nearby, or checking out local favorites like The International Marketplace or the Royal Hawaiian Center.
• Additional optional day excursions  available on request.

DAY 5 – Monday, Feb. 10, 2025 – Included Best of Oahu Circle Island Tour

• Today’s tour of the island of Oahu is included in the cost of this fly-away adventure.
  • The best of Oahu Circle Island Tour starts at 7:00 am and the group will be picked up in the hotel lobby.
  • On this tour, we’ll see the best the island has to offer. We’ll start the day in the historic downtown Honolulu, the center of power in the Hawaiian Islands for a long time. One stop will be at the King Kamehameha the Great stature, covered in gold an leis!
  • Next, we’ll head to the North Shore, with stops at the Dole Pineapple Plantation to enjoy a mid-morning treat, with time to check out the train, try a maze or just rest in the gardens for a bit.
  • The morning continues wrapping around the North Shore. We’ll stop at various locations, with a lunch stop in Kahuku at an old sugar mill turned into a great place to stop, shop, and eat. There is no boxed lunch on this trip. Get out, support local small chefs and savor some delicious food.
  • After lunch, the tour continues down the leeward side of the island at a leisurely pace so sit back, relax and enjoy the coastal views. Our next stop will be at a beautiful ocean side park followed by a macadamia and tropical fruit farm. Get some coffee or other drinks to prepare for the next amazing stop.
  • Next, we’ll visit the Byodo-in Temple, a recreation of a 600-year old temple in Japan. The serene setting is a great place to quietly relax. Our guide will tell us about it with great personal stories.
  • We’ll also visit one of the historically important places in Oahu with on of the best views in the islands. Nu’uanu Pali Overlook holds a rich history and is where a great battle was fought resulting in the islands being united under King Kamehameha.
  • From this vantage point, we can see our next stop, along the leeward coast, near a lighthouse. We’ll make our way around the southern tip of Oahu, stopping at various lookouts, checking out a blowhole, and taking in views of the city before returning to Waikiki around Diamond Head.

DAY 6 – Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2025 – Optional Beach Day at Lanikai Beach – approx. $40 pp, dependent on total number of participants

• Or, add the optional beach day at Lanikai Beach to your itinerary –
  • Lanikai Beach is a destination unto itself.
  • It is not only described as the “most beautiful” of all Oahu beaches, but Lanikai Beach has consistently ranked as one of the best beaches in the world.
  • You will be mesmerized the moment you walk down one of the beach accessways, giving you a peek of the calm, aqua-blue waters awaiting you at the other end.

• How to reserve your seat
  • Option 1 – Make a $500 deposit per person today, and pay remaining balance by Friday, Dec. 6, 2024
• Traveling Solo – For a private room the cost is $3,799 per person. If you are interested in being paired with a same sex roommate, we will do our best to match you. But, if a roommate is not available the single occupancy pricing will be applied.

• Refunds – The deposit and payment in full are non-refundable.
  • There are two ways to secure a refund
    • Option 1 – If, after making your deposit and/or payment in full, Bellair Tours can resell your ticket, you will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing fee
    • Option 2 – Or, purchase travel insurance within 10 days of booking the trip and get coverage that will cover the cost of the trip if you choose to cancel. One insurance option is Travel Guard.
