NOTEThis is a faith-based adventure focused on the biblical sites and stories of the bible and hosted by New Life Fellowship Associate Pastor Rich Bosman. All faiths and denominations as well as believers and non-believers are welcome, but a respect for others opinions and beliefs is required. This tour is not politically focused.

EXPERIENCE THE HOLY LAND ITINERARY – (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)

DAY 1 – TUESDAY, FEB. 2, 2027 – OVERNIGHT FLIGHT

We’ll board Airporter Shuttle and head to Sea-Tac Airport as a group. Once onboard our flight, enjoy dinner, relax and watch on-board entertainment as we make our way to the Holy Land for this exciting adventure of a life-time!

DAY 2 – WEDNESDAY, FEB. 3, 2027 – ARRIVE IN TEL AVIV, ISRAEL

In Tel Aviv, after proceeding through customs, we’ll be met by our tour guide Sam. From Ben Gurion Airport, we’ll drive to our hotel in Tel Aviv for dinner and overnight.

DAY 3 – THURSDAY, FEB. 4, 2027 – CAESAREA, MEGIDDO, MT. CARMEL, NAZARETH, CANA, GALILEE

We start by traveling to Caesarea Maritima (Acts 10), then venture to Megiddo and Mount Carmel (1 Kings 18). If time allows, we’ll visit a Druze Village for lunch (not included.) Afterwards, we’ll continue to Nazareth (Jesus’ childhood home), then Cana (Jesus’ first miracle, John 2), concluding our day atop Mount Precipice. Dinner and overnight in Tiberias near the Sea of Galilee.

DAY 4 – FRIDAY, FEB. 5, 2027 – GALILEE, MT. OF BEATTITUDES, CAPERNAUM, BOAT RIDE, BETHSAIDA, JORDAN RIVER

This morning, experience the sunrise over the Sea of Galilee with worship and reflection. After, we’ll begin our day at Tabgha (feeding of the 5,000) and the Church of the Primacy of St. Peter. We’ll read the Sermon on the Mount at the Mount of Beatitudes, then travel downhill to Capernaum (Jesus’ ministry base.) Venturing to Ginosar, we’ll sail on the Sea of Galilee in a replica “Jesus Boat.” Lunch features the option to try an authentic St. Peter’s Fish Lunch (not included.) After lunch, we’ll visit Gadara and Bethsaida (time permitting) before heading to the Jordan River. Dinner and overnight in Tiberias.

DAY 5 – SATURDAY, FEB. 6, 2027 – GOLAN HEIGHTS, CAESAREA PHILIPPI, TEL DAN, GIDEON SPINGS, BEIT SHEAN, JERUSALEM

Today we’ll travel north to the Golan Heights for stunning views, then to Caesarea Philippi where Peter confessed, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.” (Matt. 16:13-16). We’ll hike through Tel Dan to see the Altar of Jeroboam, and then visit Gideon Springs. Traveling south, we explore Beit Shean, where King Saul’s body was hung (1 Samuel 31:10-12.) This evening, we’ll ascend to Jerusalem for dinner and overnight. “I was glad when they said to me, ‘Let us to to the house of the Lord.’ Our feet are standing within your gates, O Jerusalem.” (Psalm 122:1-2)

DAY 6 – SUNDAY, FEB. 7, 2027 – MOUNT OF OLIVES, PALM SUNDAY ROUTE, GARDEN OF GETHSEMANE, WESTERN WALL, TEMPLE MOUNT, VIA DOLOROSA, SOUTHERN STEPS, BETHLEHEM

The day begins on the Mount of Olives with a panoramic view of Jerusalem. Here we travel to the Garden of Gethsemane and the Church of the Agony via the Palm Sunday Route. Enter Jerusalem, the “Old City,” through the Zion Gate to the Western Wall (the holiest site in Judaism) and the Temple Mount purchased by King David (II Samuel 24:18-25.) We’ll walk the Via Dolorosa, including stops at St. Anne’s Church, Pools of Bethesda, the Pavement and the Ecce Homo Arch. We’ll conclude our walk at the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, then travel down to the original steps Jesus climbed as he entered the Temple area. The day concludes with a visit to Bethlehem, passing by Rachel’s tomb on our way to the Church of the Nativity and Shepherd’s Field. Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.

DAY 7 – MONDAY, FEB. 8, 2027 – QUMRAN, EIN GEDI, MASADA, DEAD SEA

This moring we’ll drive down to Qumran, home of the Dead Sea Scrolls. From here, we’ll head to Ein Gedi (where David hid from Saul,) then travel to Masada to scale King Herod’s fortress (via cable car.) Before returning to Jerusalem, we’ll stop at the renowned Dead Sea for a swim or float. Time permitting, we’ll stop and visit Qasr el-Yahud (the traditional site of Jesus’ baptism) and possibly Jericho. Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.

DAY 8 – TUESDAY, FEB. 9, 2027 – SHRINE OF THE BOOK, MODEL CITY, CITY OF DAVID, HEZEKIAH’S TUNNEL, POOL OF SILOAM, CHURCH OF ST. PETER GALLICANTU, GARDEN TOMB

Today, we visit the Shrine of the Book museum to see the Dead Sea Scrolls (found in Qumran) and a 1:50 scale model of Jerusalem from Jesus’ time. Afterwards, we explore the City of David and walk through Hezekiah’s Tunnel – bring a headlamp and water shoes! Anyone wishing to stay dry can walk through Hezekiah’s Shaft. If time permits, visit the newly excavated Pool of Siloam and St. Peter in Gallicantu. We end a perfect day with worship at Golgotha and the Garden Tomb. Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.

DAY 9 – WEDNESDAY, FEB. 10 – JERUSALEM, ELAH VALLEY, JAFFA, FAREWELL DINNER

Enjoy leisure time in Jerusalem this morning before venturing to the Elah Valley where David slew Goliath. Afterwards, we’ll travel to Jaffa for a special Farewell Dinner. From here, we’ll transfer to Ben Gurion Airport for our flight back to the U.S.A.

DAY 10 – THURSDAY, FEB. 11 – RETURN FLIGHT TO THE USA

Arriving back in the U.S.A., we’ll take home wonderful memories, renewed faith, and a greater understanding of our Lord’s life.
