Just two days before Valentine’s Day, indulge in a day exploring chocolate at Theo Chocolate in Seattle with Bellair Tours.
During this day tour, expand your chocolate horizons with classes, tastings and more taught by Theo’s Chocolate team of chocolate experts at their Flagship Store & Confection kitchen in Seattle.
The day starts with EXPLORING CHOCOLATE: Taste and Learn. This hour class is a deep dive into how chocolate is made – from the origins of chocolate, to the journey each cocoa bean takes. You’ll leave this 1-hour session with a wealth of knowledge and a satisfied sweet tooth!
After a short break to reset, you’ll roll up your sleeves and dive into a hand-rolled ganache class. During this two hour class, learn the professional methods of ganache making, piping, and decorating with a Theo chocolatier. Observe chocolate table tempering and learn how to do it easily at home. After decorating truffles with an array of ingredients from our kitchen, you’ll leave with ideas for at-home confection making and a bag of Theo Chocolate truffles! This an entry-level class and an opportunity to begin your chocolate and confection-making journey!

REFUND POLICY: Fully refundable minus a $5 processing fee or account credit, until 30 days prior to departure of the tour. Starting Monday, January 13 this tour is no longer eligible for a refund. If Bellair Tours is able to sell your tickets (i.e. waitlist) you will be eligible for a refund or account credit. You are also welcome to transfer your tickets to someone else in the 30 days prior to departure.
