Historic Guided Walking Tour

Learn the Secrets of Stanley Park on a whimsical 2.5 hour walking tour roaming the trails, seawall, sights and sounds of one of Vancouver’s greatest treasures. We start in front of the Aquarium, then we hit the trails to learn about geology and buried treasure, then it’s off to the seawall where we discuss how Deadman’s Island got its name and see the 9 o’clock gun. During the tour we also visit the Totem Poles, loop around the lighthouse, and learn about the Lion’s Gate Bridge and Lumberman’s Arch.

Lunch included.

Meet The Host
Host

Judy Albertson

Judy is a lifelong Washingtonian, living in Whatcom County the past 20 years.  She is blessed with a daughter and son and their spouses and six grandchildren.  She is a retired educator and in retirement finds joy in traveling, volunteering, playing bridge, quilting, reading and cooking.

When asked what Judy enjoys about being a tour host she immediately replies, "the people" and  in addition, the tours are fabulous.  She finds the tours fun, interesting and wonderful when the driving is left to an expert safe driver. Her primary focus as a tour host is to make the tour a great experience for the tour guests.

She doesn't have one specific dream trip in mind but likes to look at experiencing new things that she may not have thought of or not had the opportunity to experience.  She says, that is why being a tour host for Bellair Tours has opened the door to many fun experiences and sharing those experiences with new friends.
