Sharks, sharks and more sharks!

Watch fascinating sharks glide in the tropical waters of the South Pacific Aquarium.

Come! Explore the only combined zoo and aquarium in the Northwest. See sharks and seahorses, polar bears and peacocks, walruses and wolves, all in one setting! Experience the thrill of getting up close to more than a dozen massive sharks while learning about their biology and their conservation.

Connect with whitespotted bamboo sharks and epaulette sharks, the longest of which is about 3 feet long. Handle shark parts – like teeth and jaws – in the Marine Discovery Center.

Meet sharks up close in this rare close encounter! Descend into a 240,000-gallon warm water shark tank and get up close with over a dozen large sharks during an Eye-to-Eye Shark Dive. Programs are available for both certified divers and non-divers. Online registration is required.

Must be 8+ for the cage dive and 15+ for Scuba Dive.

A gourmet sack luck will be provided.

Meet The Host

Judy Albertson

Judy is a lifelong Washingtonian, living in Whatcom County the past 20 years.  She is blessed with a daughter and son and their spouses and six grandchildren.  She is a retired educator and in retirement finds joy in traveling, volunteering, playing bridge, quilting, reading and cooking.

When asked what Judy enjoys about being a tour host she immediately replies, "the people" and  in addition, the tours are fabulous.  She finds the tours fun, interesting and wonderful when the driving is left to an expert safe driver. Her primary focus as a tour host is to make the tour a great experience for the tour guests.

She doesn't have one specific dream trip in mind but likes to look at experiencing new things that she may not have thought of or not had the opportunity to experience.  She says, that is why being a tour host for Bellair Tours has opened the door to many fun experiences and sharing those experiences with new friends.
