DAY 1 – Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2023 – Welcome to the Big Island!
- Shuttle to Sea-Tac Airport to board your flight to the beautiful island of Hawaii.
- Transportation provided when you arrive Kona to the hotel.
- Unpack, relax and settle in!
DAY 2 – Thursday, Nov. 9, 2023 – Free day!
- Enjoy your day relaxing at the beach, lounging by the resort pool, dining at local restaurants, shopping nearby.
- Day excursion options available on request.
DAY 3 – Friday, Nov. 10, 2023 – Private Circle Island Volcano Tour
- Depart the hotel as a group for this private tour at about 8:00 am.
- During this day-long tour, take in island views as we explore the island’s best cultural, historic, scenic, and island-style sites
- Throughout the adventure, you’ll have breath-taking views of cascading waterfalls, feel the crunch of lava fields under your shoes, glimpse the turtles lounging on the black sands of a picture-perfect tropical beach as well as indulge in the senses with flavors of world-famous Kona coffee and butter macadamia nuts. Coffee connoisseurs will delight in a tour of a coffee farm or house.
- Enjoy a private farm and tasting tour exclusive to our group. Sample unique wines grown at 4,000 feet elevation on the slopes of a volcano.
- Round out the full-day experience with a visit to a native Hawaiian garden, beautiful waterfalls, and an active volcano. Sit back, relax, and enjoy this epic full-day Big Island experience!
DAY 4 – Saturday, Nov. 11, 2023 – Free day!
- Enjoy your day relaxing at the beach, lounging by the resort pool, dining at local restaurants, shopping nearby.

DAY 5 – Sunday, Nov. 12, 2023 – Island Breeze Luau
- Enjoy the day at your leisure.
- Day excursion options available on request.
- The Island Breeze Luau is located at our resort and check in time is 5:30pm (open bar)
- Partake in Polynesian arts & crafts demonstrations and meet the cast of performers you’ll see later in the Polynesian Revue. Take a break from the night’s activities to watch as the Royal Court processional arrives on foot. The true highlight of the evening is the dazzling Island Breeze Polynesian Revue with the dangerous and mesmerizing Samoan Fire-Knife Dance!
- Treat yourself to a Royal Hawaiian luau held on the former estate grounds of Hawaii’s once-great ruler, King Kamehameha. The Island Breeze Luau is deemed the best luau on the Big Island by visitors and locals alike!
- Traditional Hawaiian Buffet Dinner included.
DAY 6 – Monday, Nov. 13, 2023 – Return Home!
- After checkout, we will be transported to Kona Airport for our flight home.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
- Two ways to reserve your seat
- Option 1 – Make a $500 deposit per person today, and pay remaining balance by Thursday, August 10, 2023
- Option 2 – Make payment in full at time of reservation and receive a $100 discount – only pay $2799 per person if you pay in full at time of reservation
- Traveling Solo – For a private room the cost is $3,719 per person. If you are interested in being paired with a same sex roommate, we will do our best to do that. But, if a roommate is not available the single supplement will be required.
- Refunds – The deposit and payment in full are non-refundable. There are two ways to secure a refund
- Option 1 – If, after making your deposit and/or payment in full, Bellair Tours can resell your ticket, you will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing fee
- Option 2 – Or, purchase travel insurance within 10 days of booking the trip and get coverage that will cover the cost of the trip if you choose to cancel. One insurance option is Travel Guard.
